Shiatsu works on the whole person, physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual, unblocking and balancing the body’s Ki (vitality and energy). When Ki flows freely, your mind and body can relax, pain is diminished, vitality increased and healing promoted.
Shiatsu combines the insight and rigours of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis with Zen Shiatsu theory. This enables the recognition of the flow and blockages of Ki and results in long- and short-term treatment plans.
Shiatsu can be beneficial for helping you cope with a wide range of conditions and ailments, or simply enjoyed for deep relaxation and to increase your sense of well-being and vitality.
Shiatsu uses touch, stretches and acupressure points to support the body’s own healing processes.

Debbie graduated from the Shiatsu College, Brighton in 2010 and set up her own practice in 2011 centered around Shiatsu, Tai Chi and Qigong. She worked with Lucks Yard Clinic in Milford and Grayshott Spa before establishing her own clinic in Godalming.
Debbie is a Fellow of the Shiatsu Society, UK.
Debbie’s life now focuses on her Shiatsu clients, running weekly Tai Chi and Qigong classes, and holding regular workshops and events. And, more importantly, lives a slower, more balanced life.
Debbie is passionate about well-being and supporting people to find ways to feel better in themselves.
“I wouldn’t be without Debbie’s Shiatsus as they keep me aligned and help with my general well-being. Debbie is an extremely knowledgeable and very experienced Shiatsu practitioner but more than that she cares about every treatment she gives. Every shiatsu is relaxing because it rebalances you so you feel great.”
